What share of income do I keep?
You keep 82% of accommodation revenue after platform fees with Basic. With Full-service you keep 80% for the first six months, then 75% from month seven. Cleaning, laundry and other operating costs have not yet been deducted.
What is commission calculated on?
Accommodation revenue after booking platform fees. External services and other costs are agreed separately.
Is commission due when the property is empty?
No. Without bookings and accommodation revenue there is no revenue-based hosting commission.
What does cleaning cost?
Full-service includes cleaning and laundry organisation and coordination. The actual cleaning and laundry service is charged separately. Costs depend on the property and agreed scope.
What happens after the first six months of Full-service?
For the first six months you keep 80% of accommodation revenue after platform fees; from month seven, 75%. This corresponds to hosting commission of 20%, then 25%. Other costs are charged separately.
Can you furnish or improve my property too?
Yes. We help furnish and equip your property or make targeted improvements to an existing home. We provide an individual quote; this work is not included in ongoing hosting commission.

Is there a minimum term?
